Service Description

This Mat Pilates class is set up in a Covid safe space under a large marquee with flooring. Bring your own mats and water, sanitise on arrival. It is a small group session that may also be streamed live online. All classes are structured differently to create variation all with the Pilates principles at the core of every exercise. Modifications and adaptations always provided. Work hard, feel great.

Cancellation Policy

For MAT and MOTR classses, please cancel before 4 hours from the start of any class to keep your class pass credit. For 1-2-1/1-2-2 please allow 12 hours for cancellations to ensure your session can be moved. For one-off events please note there are no refunds for cancellations.
