To develop strength in your shoulders, back, chest, abdominals to ultimately do a press up or build on the strength and ability you already have. This is a 7 day challenge. Perform the exercises on each consecutive day ideally with the aim of performing a press up on day 7 or more if you feel able. Feel free to repeat the daily exercises until you want to move on to the next day. It does not need to be done in 7 days. Aim to build on what you are able to do now. Dont worry if you don't get to exercise 7. You can reuse these exercises over the weeks to build on in your own time! Please notice your strength and ability now and how this changes over the time you take part in the challenge.
