Winter Morning Mini-Retreat

After a successful 2023 mini-retreat with my co-host yoga teacher Caroline Fowler, we have finally got around to offering a repeat with a slight difference 😊. This year we will be hosting our “Winter Morning Mini-Retreat” on Friday 29th November in my lovely venue in Hurley from 9.30am until 12pm (please note the date change as previously it was suggested as a Saturday/Sunday event, but it will be on the Friday).

After a zingy shot once you arrive, the session will begin with a dynamic, intermediate level Pilates class to get your body warm (please note all adaptations/modifications will be provided as normal in my classes).
