Morning. If you didn't get around to doing Day 1, do Day 1 and 2 today and check them off together. Exercises are nice and easy so you can steadily and slowly strengthen the muscles and easily combine a few days anytime.

Hi Coz – done donkey lifts and clams- Must say it really helps tightening butt muscle before doing clam lift – never done that before and really helps ! Roll on the rest of January!!! Xxx
