Power Pilates Classes

The Power Pilates classes usually last between 30 and 40 minutes and aim to strengthen the whole body. They are higher intensity that standard Mat Pilates classes aiming to get you hot, creating energy and ultimately making you feel great.


As always, listen to your body, take regular breaks when you need to and reset your abdominals. Enjoy!
