MONDAY

One hour MAT Pilates class from your own home. This class is full body with adaptations and modifications offered. Build core strength, flexibility & mobility. Re-balance muscles, improve posture & reduce pain. New clients welcome.

MOTR Pilates
(in-person, Hurley)

One hour MOTR Pilates class in Hurley under the marquee. MOTR Pilates is a unique class using a roller with pulley system allowing you build strength, control, flexibility, mobility, balance. A fun and effective workout.

TUESDAY
7pm - 7.55pm

FRIDAY
9.30am-10.30am
