One hour Mat Pilates class from your own home. This class is a full body one with adaptations and modifications offered. Build core strength, flexibility & mobility. Re-balance muscles, improve posture & reduce pain. New clients welcome.

MOTR Pilates

Re-balance muscles, improve posture & reduce pain. 5 minute breathing and relaxation at the end and is bookable with Achieva or email me for more information on coz@cozpilates.com.

Limited spaces - small group session.
