Strength, Stretch & Mobility Pilates

One hour Mat Pilates class based in Hurley. Small group with a max of 9 people per group. Mixed ability class with adaptations and modifications. Build core strength, flexibility & mobility. Re-balance muscles, improve posture & reduce pain.

7pm - 8pm

9:30-10:30am

MOTR Pilates class taught from Hurley. Pilates exercises on a roller with a pulley system. Taking Mat and Reformer Pilates to enhance the Mind and Body connection and challenge the body in many ways.

One hour Mat Pilates class from your own home. This class is an Intermediate class with adaptations and modifications. Build core strength, flexibility & mobility. Re-balance muscles, improve posture & reduce pain. 5 minute breathing and relaxation at the end and is bookable with Achieva.

30 minute Pilates blast focusing on building strength and stamina. You will need some Pilates experience to join this class.

FRIDAY
9:15-10:15am

One hour Mat Pilates class from your own home. This class is an Intermediate class with adaptations and modifications. Build core strength, flexibility & mobility. Re-balance muscles, improve posture & reduce pain. An extra 10 - 15 minutes of release work using a foam roller and spikey balls at the end- this is optional and you can finish at 10.15am if you do not have equipment or do not want to join.
