Full Body Mat Pilates
(In-person, Cox Green Community Centre)
One hour Mat Pilates class at Cox Green Community Centre. This is a full body class with adaptations and modifications. New clients welcome. Build core strength, flexibility & mobility. Re-balance muscles, improve posture & reduce pain. Sometimes equipment such as balls, magic circles, bands, cushions etc will be used. Limited spaces - small group session.
