Tailored session for you and your body, working towards personal goals. Taught in my studio in Hurley using reformer, bench and equipment. I have two reformers in my studio. If advertised days and times are not suitable, please email me coz@cozpilates.com to discuss the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

For MAT and MOTR classses, please cancel before 4 hours from the start of any class to keep your class pass credit. For 1-2-1/1-2-2 please allow 12 hours for cancellations to ensure your session can be moved. For one-off events please note there are no refunds for cancellations.
