Coz is excellent at challenging every single muscle in your body!

Over the course of 6 months I became stronger, more balanced and my mind body connection was much improved.

Her q’s for breathing and focus on each muscle to tense are outstanding.

But overall Coz is a caring, lovely person who will support you to be the best you can be. Highly recommend!

The thing that I love about Coz’s lessons is that it’s different everytime. There is always something new to try, with variations for different levels of ability. Her instruction is so good, along with constant adjustment cues along the way, that I find I don’t need to always be looking up at her to make sure I’m doing it right. This really helps me with the “mind-body connection”, I feel lighter, invigorated and much more mobile afterwards. The time always flies! And Coz really cares and explains what you can do to improve. Can’t recommend enough!

When I was introduced to Coz, I had a stiff painful shoulder and I had become sedentary due to working full time from home through the lockdown period.

I had been to Pilates classes over the years but was currently avoiding exercise due to lower back pain and the after effects of a hysterectomy.  

Coz helped me to realise that the worst thing for me to do was to avoid movement and she was genuinely interested in how my body was as a whole and how she could help. 

 I have now had 15 individual one-to-one sessions with Coz over Zoom and I have made so much progress. 

Coz is incredibly knowledgeable and also professional.  She is caring and considerate, pushing me gently out of my comfort zone so I can see progress and achievement, and always sharing with me ways to perform exercises properly in order to avoid injury. 

Coz has worked hard to provide a huge choice of classes on video for her members, so that in between our weekly 1:1 sessions I am able to choose workouts to follow which suit my needs on any given day.

I’d like to thank Coz for making such a difference to my life and to encourage anyone considering Pilates either for the first time or at an advanced level, to see Coz.

Corinne is amazing. She understands Pilates and the body in incredible depth and her classes are always varied so you are continually strengthening and stretching all parts of the body across classes. She is friendly and positive and has a very supportive manner if you have had any injuries, always offering alternative suggestion if you are struggling. She is organised and disciplined so classes start on time, and with online classes tech works brilliantly in terms of picture quality, and sound. 
Her 1:1 classes have allowed me to successfully rehabilitate after a back injury beyond belief. I could not have come as far as I have without her help.

I first met Corrine at Powmak in Windsor and have to say she is one of my favourite instructors there. She gets to know individuals and tailors the sessions to their individual needs.
More recently I have been attending the virtual sessions where Corrine continues to give excellent guidance and instructions, reminding you of all the things you need to remember. The sessions flow and have varying levels of difficulty catering for beginners to advanced. Thumbs up recommendation from me 😊
